Our standard production lead time is 15–20 days from order confirmation and deposit receipt. For stock fabrics, we can ship within 3–5 business days. Custom developments (new colors, new constructions, or specialized finishes) typically require 20–30 days, including sample approval time. We pride ourselves on meeting tight deadlines and can discuss expedited options for urgent orders.

We provide free stock samples (within 3–5 A4-size swatches per request). For custom-developed samples matching your specific color, construction, or finish, a sample development fee applies which is fully deductible from your first production order. Courier costs for sample delivery are generally borne by the client, though we can arrange prepaid shipping for serious inquiries. Sample turnaround is typically 3–7 days for stock and 7–14 days for custom developments.

We accept the following payment methods:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (standard)
• L/C (Letter of Credit) — at sight, for established partnerships
• Western Union / MoneyGram — for small sample payments

For new clients, we typically require a 30% deposit with the balance paid prior to shipment. Long-term partners may qualify for more favorable terms. All payments should reference your order number for clear reconciliation.

We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs:

• FOB (Free on Board) — from Fuzhou / Xiamen / Shanghai ports
• CIF / CFR — delivered to your destination port
• Door-to-door express — via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for sample orders

We work with reliable freight forwarders who handle the full documentation package (B/L, packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, etc.). Shipping time varies by destination: typically 15–25 days by sea to Europe/North America, and 3–7 days by air for urgent orders. We provide real-time tracking for all shipments.

Absolutely. Custom fabric development is one of our core strengths. We can work from your existing specifications, physical samples, or conceptual requirements. Our in-house R&D team will guide you through the process:

• Step 1: Share your requirements (fiber type, weight/GSM, width, stretch, color, finish, etc.)
• Step 2: Our team develops a sample or lab dip for your approval
• Step 3: Upon approval, we move to bulk production with full QC
• Step 4: Pre-shipment samples are sent for final confirmation

We have extensive experience working with international brands on custom developments in polyester, nylon, recycled, bio-based, and spandex blends. Minimum custom development quantity is typically 500–1,000 kg per design.
